Founder, Jena George

With a dynamic career in leadership spanning over two decades in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering, Jena George stands at the forefront of Lean and Industrial Engineering methodologies. A seasoned expert in driving transformative changes, Jena has an illustrious track record of elevating operational efficiencies and fostering sustainable growth across a broad spectrum of manufacturing industries, including food, pulp and paper, job shop, animal pharmaceuticals, packaging, consumer battery, valve, aerospace and service sectors.

Jena's professional journey is marked by her roles as an Asset Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, Operational Excellence Director, Industrial Engineering Manager, Interim Global Lean Director and Continuous Improvement Manager where she spearheaded numerous initiatives that significantly reduced waste, optimized processes, and enhanced overall productivity. Her approach is deeply rooted in empowering teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing strategic interventions that deliver measurable results.

As the founder of Lean In, Wastes Out LLC, Jena brings her extensive experience, passion for excellence, and innovative strategies to help businesses achieve their operational goals. Her expertise extends to leading and facilitating kaizen workshops, managing engineering projects, conducting comprehensive problem-solving exercises, and training and mentoring leaders to instill a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within their organizations.
